30 run ups right leg- up up down down onto a step or stairs
30 run ups left leg
30 power jacks- big jumping jack out and land in a squat on the in
30 toe touch sit ups
30 alternating front lunges
30 jump squats
30 = 10 tricep pushups 10 regular pushups 10 downward dog pushups
repeat
follow this with 30 min of your favorite cardio!
