A new Year a New you!

Happy New Year! My head is swarming with new ideas, motivation, goals for myself and programs at the studio. I have hired a coach, signed up for an online better blogging class and got my new digital high tech camera. I am overwhelmed and excited. I don't know what to do first or where to start! Do you feel this way? Remember to focus on one thing for 21 days until it becomes a habit. Set your goals in small steps so when you reach the first step you feel empowered instead of defeated. I suggest the first step is to decide exactly what it is that you want. Sometimes that is a hard question and this could take awhile to get a clear picture of what you want. Today for your first day of goal setting and working toward those resolutions just simply get a clear picture. Start a new journal, get a canvas, or get on www.pinterest.com and create a visual of what you want. I am doing this in each category of what I would like to accomplish for 2012. Let's take for example my Health Vision board. Check it out on pinterest! I have a journal at home with one of my goals as being a better blogger. I have pictures of what I want my blog to be about and what I want to accomplish. I have pictures of the target market I am going trying to attract. Visual goals are powerful!
