on the 12th day of Christmas my trainer gave to me!

Last workout and you made it through the 12 days of fitness!! Keep repeating the workouts and you will be ready to jump start the New Year! Happy Healthy Holidays!

1 min jumping jacks arms only to shoulder height
1 min squats
10 jump squats
1 min jumping jacks full arms
1 min alternating front lunges
5 jump squats
1 min wall sits (sit against the wall in a low squat and hold)
1 min jumping jacks punching arms up and down overhead
5 jump squats
1 min alternating side lunges
5 jump squats
1 min alternating reverse lunges
1 min full jacks
5 jump squats
