on the 11th day of Christmas my trainer gave to me...

A short 10 min time saving workout! We are all busy busy right now but MOVE your body! Even 10 min is better than nada! Get your 10 min of workout in!!

2 min jump rope
2 min jumping jacks
2 burpies
2 lateral jumps - fast side to side
2 plank

* repeat 3-4 rounds if you have the time!
