on the 10th workout of Christmas my trainer gave to me...

Don't stop until your HOT!

10 star jumps
10 pushups
2 one arm pushups right
2 one arm pushups left (see if you can do this! Challenge yourself and try something new)
20 full sit ups
10 tricep pushups
20 jump lunges
50 jumping jacks
2 min jump rope

repeat 4 rounds! How fast can you get 4 rounds done?!
